With over ten years experience in the fitness industry, fitness isn’t just my passion it’s become a way of life.  I founded Bootcamp SE16 in 2013 after wanting to take my creativity to a new level and inspire others to see exercise as fun and a way of life than a chore!  I see movement as more than just a tool for reaching physical goals but also for mental stimulation and growth. As a trainer I am nurturing, realistic, creative and intuitive, I always find new ways to keep clients motivated and on their toes.

Fitness has been a way of life from the age of 4 with experience in dance, martial arts, group exercise and weight lifting, however my passion for fitness goes beyond training just myself, I also enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping others achieve goals through their journey. After having a baby in 2o16, I have learnt even more about the human body and what it’s capable of and I can truly say it’s added value to my skills as a trainer, especially when helping new mums with their fitness goals.

A healthy lifestyle has a few key ingredients and exercise is definitely one of them; it’s amazing to see what a positive life balance that an active lifestyle can bring. There are great wellbeing and mental health benefits associated with being fit and healthy and I have seen many wonderful changes over the years, in clients and friends who now lead happier and healthy lifestyles.  Not only will you reach goals by training with me but you will gain useful knowledge to fuel your fitness journey for many years to come!
