I trained as a dancer between the UK and New York. Whilst in New York I started working in fitness and certified as a personal trainer upon my return to the UK in 2014. I train every day, incorporating running, yoga, strength training, barre, cycling and Pilates into my workouts. In my career so far I have had the opportunity to train an international figure skating champion, rugby players, marathon runners and people looking to simply lose weight & improve body composition. I feel so lucky to be able to work in a job where I can help people to achieve their goals and be the best version of themselves!
