Protein banana oat cookies
4 mashed up bananas
1 cup of oats
1 scoop vanilla whey (optional)
Handful of cocoa nibs
Mash the bananas (really well), stir in the protein powder, stir in the oats, add the cocoa nibs. Scoop mix onto baking tray with a baking sheet and leave in pre heated oven for 10 mins. I added some 70% Lindt melted chocolate on them to, which is great if they’re a pre workout snack!
