Bootcamp Sessions Are Held 7 Days A Week By Stave Hill, Russia Dock Woodlands, Canada Water SE16 6Ax.

Before your first session we will sign you up and take you through a consultation and our on-boarding process. We understand that starting out can be nerve racking and therefore we have created a buddy system, where we buddy you up with a regular to ease the pressure in your first session.

Our services are designed to provide the expertise and accountability you need. We start you off on a 10 day trial which gives you the opportunity to trial out a variety of sessions and experience our community.  At the end of the trial we book you in for a consultation to find the right program for you and your goals to set you up for success from the very beginning.

Our personal trainers are certified professionals who will educate, motivate and keep you accountable. If you are new to exercise or having trouble staying fit, you need a personal trainer. Our goal is to get you exercising regularly and obtain results you want.
