Our Mother Move classes are for local mums looking to get into shape after they’ve had a baby. We focus on motherhood movement patterns, to build strength and endurance so you can manage everyday life with a growing baby! We advise that you must be 6-8 weeks post natal to join this group and have completed your 6-8 week check up with your GP.
We understand each mother’s recovery is different and some mums require more recover than others therefore if this is the case, we recommend that you undergo our signature pelvic floor core rehab program before joining this class http://bootcampse16.co.uk/post-natal-rehab/.
We will fully evaluate all mums joining our classes and courses through our thorough checks. All new mums joining will need to answer an extensive questionnaire on birth before joining.
