Bootcamp Drills & Circuits

Bootcamp drills & circuits is held every Saturday morning at 10.30am; this session is a mixture of strength and cardio set in a fun environment of working in teams or partners, this session will have you running around without even realising that you’re exercising!

This is a mega fun session, that doesn’t get you thinking too much at the end of a hard week, it’s a great way to start the weekend! This session is suitable for all fitness levels and is a great way to meet new locals
