Yummy Mummy’s Core & Rebuild sessions are held every Wednesday morning at 9.30am; this session focuses on recover mostly, which is not just aimed at post pregnancy but also for experienced mums. Working on glute, core, back and pelvic floor muscles, this session covers essential rebuilding and strength work in a way that ALL mums would benefit from. This session is perfect for all mums, post pregnancy and experienced. It will involve floor work so best to bring a mat to class!
Please note: New post natal mums must have had 6 week check up and cleared for exercise by their GP before they begin. We advise you to wait 8 weeks for natural birth, 12 weeks for C – section before commencing an exercise program. GP letter may be asked from you should anything flag up on your registration form.
