Yummy Mummy Core Rehab

Yummy Mummy Core Rehab sessions are held every Wednesday morning at 9.30am; this session focuses on strengthening the whole body, including all those smaller muscle groups. We do pay some focus to the pelvic floor, core, hip and glute within this session fit for new and experienced mums, however ALL will benefit from this kind of core work.
*Buggies and babies welcome!
Please note: New post natal mums must have had their 8 week check up and cleared for exercise by their GP before they begin. We advise you to wait 8 weeks for natural birth, 12 weeks for C – section before commencing an exercise program. GP letter may be asked from you should anything flag up on your registration form.
