Yummy Mummy Body Blitz

Body Blitz is held every Monday; this session is great for new mums and experienced mums is suitable for any level.
Whether you’ve just recently had a baby and are starting back into exercise or whether you have trained before and just want to try something new, this session caters for all types of mum. Focusing on a mixture of cardio and strength, we use a various range of equipment making the sessions interested and different each time. We help mums get fitter from scratch or even the fittest mums get stronger and healthier.
Please note: New post natal mums must have had 6 week check up and cleared for exercise by their GP before they begin. We advise you to wait 8 weeks for natural birth, 12 weeks for C – section before commencing an exercise program. GP letter may be asked from you should anything flag up on your registration form.
