Rise & Grind

Rise & Grind is held every Tuesday Morning from 6.45am for 50 minutes; an awesome body weighted bootcamp session that will benefit everyone and anyone, early mornings are great for metabolic boosting and fat burning.  There will be an element of core training, strength training, plyo training, and cardio/endurance training.  If you’re a newbie, a runner, a cyclist, or a regular, whoever you are this class will benefit you for sure!
