Interval Training is held every Tuesday night at 7.15pm; interval training also known as HIIT is one of the best ways to blast fat and get fit fast.
These sessions will test your mental & physical strength, but are worth it in the long run. Gemma makes the class fun and engaging, by either working in partners, teams or working alone. This session is perfect for building fitness levels, even from scratch and for fat burning.
