Functional Fit/HIIT is a combination of a range of functional training movements to promote overall strength and high intensity training to challenge and promote your fitness levels.
The first half of the session will consist of controlled functional movement patterns that will promote core stability, total body strength and help improve performance for endurance. The second half consists of a higher intensity workout with plyometric movements that promote speed, power and strength. If you’re a runner, cyclist, or looking to better your training performance this is the one for you!
