Functional Fit is held every Tuesday night; a low impact class combining a range of functional movement patterns to promote overall performance in exercise.
This session will consist of controlled functional movement patterns that will promote core stability, total body strength and help improve performance for endurance. If you’re a runner, cyclist, struggle with injury, or if you’re looking for a lower impact class on our timetable this is the one for you!
