Extreme core Strength and Stretch focuses on core, glute, back strength, mobility and stretching. If you have poor posture, suffer from lower back, knee pain, tight muscles or any other niggles, this class will be perfect for you! It will be the right combination of strength work followed by a good long 20-30 minutes of stretching at the end to help your muscles recoup after a hard week of training. A must for the prevention of injury!
