Extreme Core and Stretch

Extreme core Strength and Stretch is held every Saturday at 9.30am; focusing on core, glute, back strength, mobility and stretching. If you have poor posture, lower back, knee pain or any other niggles, this class will be perfect for you! It will be the right combination of strength work combined with 20-30 minutes of dynamic stretching to help your muscles recoup after a hard week of training. A must for the prevention of injury!
